TripShock is an online marketplace that allows activity and tour providers to sell their products and services to travelers across several different advertising mediums. 

Based in Florida, TripShock operates in over 30 destinations including New Orleans, Destin, Myrtle Beach, and Key West.

greg fisher
Greg Fisher Founder & CEO
Since 2009, Greg has worked to transform TripShock into a travel industry giant. Proactive and personable, Mr. Fisher first developed a passion for tourism while studying hospitality at the University of Central Florida. Since then, he has grown TripShock by cultivating strong relationships with partners and employees alike. In his free time, Greg enjoys reading biographies, watching college football, and relaxing with friends and family.

Alex Benko Chief Technology Officer
With 11+ years of experience in webhosting and business development, Alex is a bilingual enterpreneur with a massive drive for success. At work, Mr. Benko enjoys taking on new challenges and technical problems. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, mountain hiking, and Brazillian jiu-jitsu.
rachel dickey
Rachel Dickey Chief Strategy Officer
Before joining TripShock, Rachel was an attorney and business consultant in Louisville, Kentucky. She has lived and worked in NY, LA, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Fort Lauderdale and now lives in the country in Kentucky! Rachel has an incredible professional resume having worked for startups, non profits, court of appeals, etc. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time in the woods with her two Dobermans.
Keone McHugh
Keone McHugh VP of Operations
Keone draws upon her experiences growing up in the watersport industry and her 12+ years in hotel management to help connect happy customers with quality activity providers. Ms. McHugh enjoys building up her team and working on new challenges, including workflows and process engineering. Outside of work, Keone loves spending time with her family and traveling.
mike fisher
Michael Fisher VP of Marketing
Hired by TripShock part-time while working towards an IT degree from Florida State University, Fisher was promoted to full time in the summer of 2015. As Content Manager, Mike has his hands in every aspect of operations, from web development to brand awareness. In his free time, Mike loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and all-too energetic pup. A Detroit native and Austin, TX transplant, Mike is an avid musician the performs regularly across the city.

TripShock Company History

Over a Decade of Excellence

In May of 2009, TripShock started up in Destin, FL, initially, with just two employees The company had one goal—to provide the best service for our stakeholders. Operating in Destin for the first couple of years, TripShock then branched out into Panama City Beach and Pensacola in 2012. In 2013, New Orleans and Gulf Shores become Tripshock’s newest markets.

2014 marked a year of unprecedented growth and in August of 2015, TripShock ranked 173rd on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies nationwide. With continued growth and success, TripShock now operates in 37 destinations (and counting). With a renewed focus on watersport tours and activities, TripShock approaches the mid 2020s stronger than ever.
