Since 2009, Greg has worked to transform TripShock into a travel industry giant. Proactive and personable, Mr. Fisher first developed a passion for tourism while studying hospitality at the University of Central Florida. Since then, he has grown Tripshock by cultivating strong relationships with partners and employees alike. In his free time, Greg enjoys reading biographies, watching college football, and relaxing with friends and family.

 

Keone McHugh

VP of Operations

Keone draws upon her experiences growing up in the watersport industry and her 12+ years in hotel management to help connect happy customers with quality activity providers. Ms. McHugh enjoys building up her team and working on new challenges, including workflows and process engineering. Outside of work, Keone loves spending time with her family and traveling.

With 11+ years of experience in webhosting and business development, Alex is a bilingual enterpreneur with a massive drive for success. At work, Mr. Benko enjoys taking on new challenges and technical problems. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, mountain hiking, and Brazillian jiu-jitsu.

VP of Product

Cofounder of Glad to Have You and then Senior Product Manager at HomeAway, Ryan brings a wealth of travel and hospitality software experience to Tripshock.  A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Turner also owns an Austin based tour company called YourBikerGang.com – helping him better understand the needs of Tripshock partners and operators.

Director of Sales

Sarah has the “Gulf Life” in her blood, growing up a Gulf Coast resident in the fishing and watersport industries. Twice named “Agent of the Year,” Sarah earned the title of Director of Sales by overcoming obstacles, educating employees, and buliding rapport with stakeholders. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys crafting with her family, deep sea fishing, and traveling to see live music.

 

Suzanne Bratton

Group Sales Coordinator & Senior Reservationist

Suzanne was born and raised in Destin, FL and graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.  After graduation, she spent two years as a news reporter in Georgia, then moved back home to Destin as the Assistant Event Coordinator for Henderson Beach State Park.  Her love for communication and events led her to Tripshock!  where she gets to utilize both in group sales.
Alan Roberts

Alan Roberts

Senior Market Manager, Alabama & West Florida

A longtime resident of Florida’s “Space Coast,” Mr. Roberts graduated from New York City’s Hunter College with a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism. After finding a talent for graphic design and desktop publishing, he worked through the dot.com boom and bust in Manhattan. Years later, when the sugar white sands of the Florida panhandle beckoned, he heeded the call with a typical “can do” attitude. He enjoys cycling, golf, and collecting vinyl LPs.

Senior Market Manager, New Orleans & Mississippi

An alumnus of the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College, Peggy has been active in the tourism industry for nearly 30 years. As Senior Market Manager for New Orleans & the Mississippi Gulf Coast, she works tirelessly to attract partners, build the TripShock brand, and drive business. When she isn’t working, Peggy loves traveling to Disney World, partaking in Mardi Gras, and hosting parties for friends and family.

Rebecca Ison

Senior Market Manager, Panama City Beach & 30A

Rebecca grew up in a small town outside of Cincinnati, Ohio and developed a feverish case of wanderlust after traveling through Europe and the United Kingdom. After living in the USVIs, Las Vegas, and San Diego, and backpacking around the world, she is happy to have found a home in Santa Rosa Beach. She lives for travel and tourism! In her free time, you’ll find Rebecca pursuing her MBA, traveling, playing with her pups, catching some live music, or lounging on the sugar sand beaches of 30A.

Senior Market Manager, Myrtle Beach

In 2001, Ryan left the mountain resorts of the mid-atlanctic and headed to the beaches of the Carolinas. While studying at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, Ryan became a USCG certified Captain.  With a love for the ocean, and a passion for creative marketing, he worked in the watersports industry for over 10 years as a Captain and tour boat owner.  Now calling Myrtle Beach home, Ryan enjoys surfing, boating, and family days on the beach.
Michael Fisher

Content Manager

Hired by TripShock part-time while working towards an IT degree from Florida State University, Fisher was promoted to full time in the summer of 2015. As Content Manager, Mike has his hands in every aspect of operations, from web development to brand awareness. In his free time, Mike loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and all-too energetic pup. A Detroit native and Austin, TX transplant, Mike is an avid musician the performs regularly across the city.

E-Commerce Director

Dan serves TripShock as an ad coordinator, product consultant, and content strategist. Before joining the company, Mr. Woods served California’s Environmental Protection Agency as a process engineer and policy analyst. Born and raised in Michigan, Dan loves to watch Detroit-based sports teams, play disc golf, and explore the Great Outdoors.

Senior Reservationist

Hailing from Fort Walton Beach, FL, Stephanie has worked in the tourism industry most of her life. After completing her associates in business administration, Ms. McCown took a position with TripShock where she helps customers and their families plan dream vacations. Recipient of Employee of the Quarter in Fall 2017, Stephanie loves spending time with her 2 boys and singing Karaoke whenever she can.

Shon came to Florida from Wisconsin in 2003 for a start-up company based out of Clearwater. He quickly fell in love with the Florida lifestyle, eventually calling the Sunshine State “home”. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and brings with him professional experiences in tourism, training, and call center management. Shon is committed to ensuring that every partner and customer is treating with an industry-leading level of service.

Kim is a real asset to Tripshock, bringing with her 30+ years of accounting and business experience. She is also a successful entrepreneur, developing companies that supported her passion in both art and design. But what Kim considers her biggest accomplishment is raising two amazing and successful daughters. Living on the Emerald Coast, she spends her free time creating artwork and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Marketing Coordinator

Stephanie thought she and her husband had hit the jackpot with a four-year Air Force assignment in Las Vegas until they were relocated to Florida’s Emerald Coast. When the Mitten State native and Western Michigan grad is not immersed in TripShock’s email marketing, social media and affiliate programs, you’ll find her chasing gourmet goals in the kitchen, in her forever happy place on the golf course, or on the beach enjoying the good life.

E-Commerce Coordinator

Hired in 2018 as E-Commerce Coordinator, Tyler looks to improve TripShock’s creative marketing and product presentation. As a psychology major from Jackson College, Tyler enjoys the challenge of understanding the modern cosumer. Mr. Greenfield will utilize this skill set to continuously audit and enhance the TripShock customer experience. Born in Connecticut and raised in the great state of Michigan, Tyler likes traveling and anything that has to do with sports whether it’s playing or watching.
