Keone draws upon her experiences growing up in the watersport industry and her 12+ years in hotel management to help connect happy customers with quality activity providers. Ms. McHugh enjoys building up her team and working on new challenges, including workflows and process engineering. Outside of work, Keone loves spending time with her family and traveling.

With 11+ years of experience in webhosting and business development, Alex is a bilingual enterpreneur with a massive drive for success. At work, Mr. Benko enjoys taking on new challenges and technical problems. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, mountain hiking, and Brazillian jiu-jitsu.

Sarah has the “Gulf Life” in her blood, growing up a Gulf Coast resident in the fishing and watersport industries. Twice named “Agent of the Year,” Sarah earned the title of Director of Sales by overcoming obstacles, educating employees, and building rapport with stakeholders. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys crafting with her family, deep sea fishing, and traveling to see live music.

An alumnus of the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College, Peggy has been active in the tourism industry for over 30 years. As Senior Brand Ambassador, she works tirelessly to attract partners, build the TripShock brand, and drive business. When she isn’t working, Peggy loves traveling to Disney World, partaking in Mardi Gras, and hosting parties for friends and family.

Kimberley Sabens lives in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with her partner, two sweet kiddos, critters, flowers, and plants. She enjoys diverse cultural experiences, aesthetics & art, museums, reading, and gardening. She has a BA & MPAs in Political Science/Pre-Law & English and 15+ years extensive experience in research, technical writing, creative writing, copywriting, editing, content creation, and marketing. She considers herself an expert communicator with strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills with a hands-on brains-on approach. She enjoys creating high quality, beautiful consumer-facing products people love using her passion for the outdoors and her knowledge of the water as her muse.

Dan serves as the chief of paid advertising and product optimization efforts. Before joining the company, Mr. Woods served California’s Environmental Protection Agency as a process engineer and policy analyst. Born and raised in Michigan, Dan loves to watch Detroit-based sports teams, play disc golf, and explore the Great Outdoors.

Stephanie thought she and her husband had hit the jackpot with a four-year Air Force assignment in Las Vegas until they were relocated to Florida’s Emerald Coast. When the Mitten State native and Western Michigan grad is not immersed in TripShock’s email marketing, social media and affiliate programs, you’ll find her chasing gourmet goals in the kitchen, in her forever happy place on the golf course, or on the beach enjoying the good life.

Nik recently moved from Boston, MA to Destin, FL where he lives with his wife. Nik moved to the United States from Russia to study at Suffolk University located in downtown Boston where he received his dual Master in Marketing and Business Administration. He and his wife throw each other themed birthday parties every year (we highly recommend you follow him on IG) and they love to travel. Recently they went to Hawaii to get a different perspective on the tourism industry. Before joining the company, Nik worked in different industries, including higher education, insurance, and hospitality; he has previously lived in the UK, Netherlands, and China.

Luke comes to TripShock with 4+ years of experience managing a web development business. Drawing on his communication skills he is working with our Partners and development team to create additional value opportunities. Currently residing in New Hampshire Luke is an avid snowboarder and enjoys hiking, traveling, and working on classic cars/trucks.

Mercedes was born and raised in the state of Florida but does love to travel and see new things and meet new people. She has always worked in the customer service industry since the start of her career search. With a background in the watersports industry and 2+ years at TripShock, she’s always eager to learn and grow more as a person every day! Mercedes enjoys spending time with her family and friends any chance she gets.

Luci lived in New Orleans and attended college at the University of New Orleans before moving to Fort Walton Beach, FL and raising her family there. Recently, Luci’s husband accepted a position in New Orleans, and they moved back and settled into an 1896 shotgun style cottage in the city. Luci’s background is Accounting but living in tourist towns all her life, her passion has always been assisting the public with suggestions from her firsthand experiences, so she joined the TripShock Reservations Department team in March of 2019. When not working, Luci loves kayaking and spending time with her family.

Erin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of West Florida in 2018 and is continuing her pursuit of higher education by studying for a Master of Business Administration degree. Erin also has over 5 years of experience in the customer service and tourism industry. She is currently a Partner Support Agent for TripShock. Born in Memphis, Tennessee and moving to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida shortly afterwards, Erin has a passion for the well being of animals and cooking. She loves spending time with her family and her kitties, spending time at the beach swimming and fishing, and trying new recipes.

Amber joined WaveRez as the Account Executive in 2018 upon relocation to the Destin area. Prior to that, she was the Business Manager for Alabama Extreme Watersports in Orange Beach, AL. Amber has a strong background in customer service and the water sport industry. In her free time, she enjoys anything water related including spending time at the beach, photography, camping, and traveling.

Sandra was raised in Paradise, California and moved to Florida in 1992. She spent 10 years in the United States Air Force as a Munitions Systems Specialist, and during that time traveled to 19 different countries. She also acquired 3 college degrees, to include Munitions Systems Technology, Computer Engineering and Nursing. After 10 years of working at a private medical practice, she decided to abandon her scrubs and join the TripShock team. In her spare time, she studies astrology and is always looking for new ways to help others.

Denis develops and supports test automations for the TripShock. Along with automations, Denis also runs application testing at different stages of development. He lives in Belarus and received his higher education there. Denis spends his free time with family and friends and sometimes goes out into nature.

Kirill started his career as a research scientist and class instructor at Donetsk’s State University of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, where he received his PHD in AI technologies. He has been with the company for 6 years and has worn many hats. Kirill’s hobbies include computer games, cycling, taking trips with his family, reading sci-fi and classics, and writing poems.

Andrei was born in Belarus but moved to Russia when he was 15. He got his degree in computer science from Moscow State University. Before working in travel, Andrei ran a retail business from 1994-2017. He’s been writing code professionally since 2011 and currently enjoys DIY projects as a hobby.
