Can I be a partner if I'm not a watersport business?

Yes! Although we focus primarily on watersports, we still have many operators that offer land-based activities. These businesses are mainly water-related activities like waterparks or aquariums. We encourage all operators to submit an application if they are interested in becoming a TripShock partner. 

 

If you are not a water-related activity provider, we would still love to work with you. Our affiliate program offers one of the simplest ways for operators, content creators, and travel organizations to monetize new and existing audiences. 

Are there destinations TripShock is looking to grow?

TripShock is currently looking to add activity partners at all destinations within the US. Currently, we are actively seeking watersport operators in the following regions:

Does TripShock work with reservation systems?

Yes, we have API connections with some of the most commonly used reservation systems including Fareharbor, Waverez, and Peek. Integration your Tripshock.com booking calendar and tickets with your reservation system of choice is a breeze. Learn more about reservation systems and TripShock online.

What does it cost to sign up for TripShock?

To become a partner, a $500 fee is required to set up your account, integrate your reservation system, and create your initial listings. For each additional listing, there is a $100 quality assurance fee. Once your account is active, a commission is taken on bookings sourced through TripShock or its affiliates. Commission rates vary by region and activity category—submit your inquiry to learn more. 

What kind of support should I expect once I sign up?

All TripShock Tour Providers receive complimentary assistance via phone and email. Even better, TripShock provides each Tour Provider with a partner dashboard and mobile app that lets you to keep track of real-time statistics, manage your calendar, contact guests, respond to reviews on our site, and more!

How It Works

Once your activities go live on our site, our travelers are able to view your listings and book. See what happens step by step from click to check.

Traveler Books

Customers can book over the phone or online. You’ll get a confirmation email and text when a booking is made.

Confirm Booking

Click the link in the email or text to acknowledge the order. Use Reservation Software to connect direct.

Contact Guest

You can contact your guest now to retrieve info, make a change, or say “Hello”.

View & Modify Booking

Access our Extranet 24/7 to edit your Booking. Move, Review, or Cancel with a click of a button.

Fulfill Booking

We only pay for Confirmed bookings. Once the Traveler completes the Activity, the order will be set for payment (minus commission).

Get Paid

Receive payment every 30 days for confirmed bookings within the previous month. We offer auto pay and direct deposit options.

Onboarding has never been so easy. With a few simple steps you could be partnered with TripShock, selling your amazing experiences to travelers worldwide.

STEP 1: REQUEST AN INVITE

Request an invitation to join the TripShock partner network. This can be completed online on your phone, tablet, or computer.

STEP 2: Info Collection

STEP 2: Info Collection

Your information is reviewed by our onboarding team who accepts or denies based on a variety of factors. Factors include what market you’re in, whether you offer water sports activities, and if you have a reservation system that TripShock integrates with.

STEP 3: Enrollment

STEP 3: Enrollment

If accepted, you will fill out a series of questions that will help TripShock understand more about your business and its activities. During this time, you will also set up your partner account and banking information.

STEP 4: Listing Goes Live

STEP 4: Listing Goes Live

The product team collects images and info for your activities and builds the products out. This includes ticketing, schedules, and reservation system integrations. Once your listing(s) is completely built out and properly reviewed, the listing will go live
